Kristy J. Hall, President

KRISTY HALL is the President of Universal Synergy Group, LLC, which helps nonprofit organizations and NGOs across the globe accomplish their mission. As an inspiring leader and in-demand speaker, trainer and coach, Kristy has helped hundreds of leaders and organizations around the world more effectively and efficiently raise funds and execute their vision. Kristy has been a featured speaker at the Global Engagement Summit at Northwestern University in Chicago and at the Nonprofit Congress in Washington, D.C.  She also has been featured in the Boston Metro and the Chronicle of Philanthropy.

Kristy's products and presentations on nonprofit leadership, advocacy, fundraising, and board development have made her an in-demand and innovative expert in the nonprofit world.

Kristy is the creator of the Nonprofit Super Series (www.NonprofitSuperSeries.com), a cutting-edge audio and video training series. The first program is the highly-acclaimed Nonprofit Super Series: We Need Funds NOW! - an extensive training program on fundraising & development. It provides specific strategies from top experts in Corporate Nonprofit Partnerships, Internet Marketing, Copywriting and a Major Nonprofit.

Kristy holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University and has completed the Principles & Techniques of Fund Raising program at the Indiana University Center on Philanthropy. Her academic background also includes undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Languages (French & Spanish) and a law degree from George Mason University School of Law.

Prior to founding Universal Synergy Group, LLC and helping clients worldwide achieve their cause-related missions, Kristy practiced communications law and served as Regional Counsel & Director of Government Affairs for the 5th largest cable operator in the US. She also completed an Intensive Spanish Language Program at Pontificia Universidad Javerianna in Bogotá, Colombia.
